Our reverbatory furnaces, are rotary model capable of handling production line by 24/3. With regular professional maintenance agreement, operator at minimal down time other than ware and tare. The factory is fully equipped with machinery and security systems.
One continuous line, for production of rods in diameter of 8mm to 20mm with 8 strands. The metal is melted in melting cum holding furnace the melt is transferred to holding furnace via opening at the bottom as the metal gets melt. The withdrawal machine with 8 strands is located above the holding furnace. The die coolers are fastened to it so that the dies are immersed to a certain depth in to the melt.
